By accessing or using Cv Better Platform, you agree to comply with these terms. You must be at least 16 years of age or have parental consent to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You retain full ownership and control over all career entries, achievements, and resumes created within your account. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information and not impersonate third parties.

Users are strictly prohibited from using the platform for illegal activities, distributing malware, gaining unauthorized access to other accounts, scraping data without authorization, or submitting fraudulent professional claims.

You own all right, title, and interest in your personal content and cv better data. Cv Better Platform retains all intellectual property rights to the platform UI, branding, design system, and underlying code.

You may terminate your account at any time using the Account Settings self-service deletion feature. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

Cv Better Platform provides services on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cv Better shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from recruitment or employment decisions by third parties.
